What we want to hear about. Specific, documented patient harm we could verify: medical complications, safety failures, billing surprises, marketing claims that don't match reality, regulatory issues. Your name stays confidential. Evidence does not.

We don't publish your name without permission. We don't publish a story based on a single tip — we need at least two independently-sourced accounts of the same issue before investigating.

Clinics — responding to a published investigation

If Clinic Truth has published an investigation mentioning your clinic and you believe we have a specific factual error, email info@clinictruth.com with subject line starting CLINIC RESPONSE:. Include:

Exact investigation URL and the specific claim you dispute
Evidence the claim is wrong — documents, screenshots, public records. Marketing copy is not evidence.
A named, signing contact at the clinic with their role

If we verify the claim is wrong, we issue a correction on the Corrections log within seven days. If you disagree with our interpretation but cannot show we got a fact wrong, we will publish your response verbatim in the original article as a Clinic Response block.

We do not:

Remove investigations in exchange for any consideration, monetary or otherwise.
Respond to legal threats that do not include the specific factual correction being sought. Vague "cease and desist" demands without a named error are logged, forwarded to our counsel, and otherwise ignored.
Accept advertising, sponsored content, partnership arrangements, "collaboration opportunities," affiliate commissions, or any other commercial relationship from clinics we may at any time review.

General pitches and other enquiries

PR and marketing pitches from clinics, from SEO agencies, from "healthcare content platforms," from "guest posting services," from "link insertion opportunities" — please stop. We don't publish guest posts, we don't sell links, we don't do sponsored content. Emails matching these patterns are automatically filtered and not read. This is a one-person publication and reading spam is not a good use of our time.
