Corrections log.
Every factual correction we make is listed here, with the original wording, the corrected wording, the source of the correction, and the date. We never remove an investigation — we update it and log the change here.
No corrections to date. The publication re-launched on the current chassis on 22 April 2026. Pre-launch content is under re-review on the new system. Any corrections identified during migration will be logged here before the investigations re-publish. Any corrections that emerge post-launch will appear here within seven working days of verification.
How corrections are made
- Someone — a reader, a clinic, a tipster — identifies a specific factual claim they believe is wrong.
- They email info@clinictruth.com with subject line starting
CORRECTION:, specifying the URL, the claim, and the evidence. - Our editorial team verifies independently — going to the original source data, cross-checking.
- If the claim is wrong, we update the article, add a correction note at the top of the affected section, and create an entry in this log within seven working days.
- If the claim is an interpretation we still stand by, we respond to the requester in writing explaining why. We do not silently reject.
What does NOT count as a correction
- Disagreement with our interpretation of data. Our methodology is public; readers are free to apply different weighting.
- "You should have mentioned X." Adding new information is an update, not a correction.
- Clinic marketing material that contradicts a review pattern. Marketing is not evidence.
Correction entry format
Every correction entry follows this structure:
- Date — when the correction was made live
- Article — URL of the affected investigation
- Original wording — verbatim, what we published
- Corrected wording — verbatim, what it now says
- Source of correction — who flagged it, what evidence changed our view
- Magnitude — minor (typo, date, figure off by <10%), moderate (factual claim within an article), or major (changed verdict direction)
