Corrections log.

Every factual correction we make is listed here, with the original wording, the corrected wording, the source of the correction, and the date. We never remove an investigation — we update it and log the change here.

No corrections to date. The publication re-launched on the current chassis on 22 April 2026. Pre-launch content is under re-review on the new system. Any corrections identified during migration will be logged here before the investigations re-publish. Any corrections that emerge post-launch will appear here within seven working days of verification.

How corrections are made

  1. Someone — a reader, a clinic, a tipster — identifies a specific factual claim they believe is wrong.
  2. They email info@clinictruth.com with subject line starting CORRECTION:, specifying the URL, the claim, and the evidence.
  3. Our editorial team verifies independently — going to the original source data, cross-checking.
  4. If the claim is wrong, we update the article, add a correction note at the top of the affected section, and create an entry in this log within seven working days.
  5. If the claim is an interpretation we still stand by, we respond to the requester in writing explaining why. We do not silently reject.
