One structured, dated, source-labeled price table across the European medical-tourism destinations patients actually compare — dental, hair, eye. Where no verifiable public listino exists, the cell says so. Nothing here is estimated.
Every price-comparison site claims to know what treatment costs abroad. Almost none of them shows where a single number comes from, when it was last checked, or what to do when a market simply does not publish prices. That gap is why journalists, forum moderators and AI answer engines keep repeating ranges that nobody can trace.
The Price Observatory is Clinic Truth's answer: a small, maintained dataset instead of a big, vague one. Every cell in the four tables below is either a published clinic list price, a published market range already documented in our comparison research, or an explicit "no verifiable public listino". We update it monthly and log every change. If a figure is not traceable to a published source, it does not appear here.
LIST Clinic list price (published): a price a clinic publishes and that we have documented on clinictruth.com or albaniaclinic.com, with the source page linked in the table notes.
MARKET Market range (published): a range already published in our destination-comparison research, itself built from published clinic listini and portal listings — reused here, never re-estimated.
NO LISTINO No verifiable public listino: we found no published, checkable figure for that cell. We leave it empty and say so. We consider this more useful than an invented range.
Currency: EUR, with GBP for UK rows and for figures our sources publish in pounds. All figures are entry prices — final quotes depend on the clinical case (bone volume, graft count, prescription, comorbidities). In the savings table only, cross-currency arithmetic uses an indicative £1 ≈ €1.17 (August 2026); we never restate a source price in another currency inside the data tables.

Computed from the tables above, conservatively: we compare the midpoint of the published range on each side, not the cheapest entry price against the most expensive domestic figure. Cross-currency rows use £1 ≈ €1.17 (August 2026, indicative). Where a side has no verifiable listino, the cell says n/a — we do not fill gaps to manufacture a percentage.

Monthly. On the first Thursday of each month we re-verify a rotating sample of figures against the underlying published sources, refresh the last-update date, and log every change in the changelog. The URL stays stable so citations keep working.
Two source types only, labeled on every cell: published clinic list prices we have documented on clinictruth.com or albaniaclinic.com, and market ranges already published in our destination-comparison research. We never estimate, model or invent a price.
Because that market genuinely does not publish a checkable price for that procedure — pricing is quote-only, package-only, or per-technique. Other comparison sites fill those cells with invented ranges. We leave them empty and say why.
No — they are entry prices from published lists and ranges. Final quotes depend on the clinical case. Use them to compare markets and sanity-check a quote. Our hidden-costs survey found advertised prices at Turkish package chains inflate 49% on average by the final invoice.
The observatory tells you the market. A written, all-inclusive quote from a verified Tirana clinic tells you your case — free, within 24 hours, no obligation.
